Our methodology for smooth transition is very professional and unique. We work strictly with a Project Management Approach and follow a methodology in close association with the clients. The processes are described briefly as under:
 

(1) Discovery:  This step enables us to assess the existing processes and business needs of the client. This comprises of interview the connected staff members with the process and understanding the key requirements. (2) Planning:  In this stage, our experts plan the transition to the new set up to ensure smooth operations. Close contact with clients is maintained at this stage. (3) Design and Mapping:  After ascertaining the requirements and carefully planning the transition, our experts build up the design. Starting with a prototype model, we map the full requirements with the designed structure. (4) Test Run:  In order to achieve the flawless operations, we do some test runs. The problems are taken care at this stage. Simultaneously, we also complete the process of knowledge transfer. (5) Going Live:  After obtaining clients approval to the transition and the process we go live and start commercial operations.
