After ascertaining the requirements and carefully planning the transition, our experts build up the design. Starting with a prototype model, we map the full requirements with the designed structure.
(4) Test Run:
In order to achieve the flawless operations, we do some test runs. The problems are taken care at this stage. Simultaneously, we also complete the process of knowledge transfer.
(5) Going Live:
After obtaining clients approval to the transition and the process we go live and start commercial operations. |
